VINTAGE COLLECTOR PLATE. A certificate of authenticity is included in this W.J. George Fine China plate, #3180, “The Doves.” It’s the second issue in the On Wings of Snow series, and was created from an original painting by Lena Liu, and crafted under the hallmark of W.S. George in an edition strictly limited to 150 firing days maximum. Dated 1991. It is a rare treat for us to view, close-up, the touching courtship of doves - innocent messengers of peace and love. Artist Lena Liu offers us a unique opportunity to share this romantic moment.
