SECURITY BLANKETS. Did you know that security blankets should come in pairs? Heather Hamilton of Heather’s Hugables has created two absolutely adorable teddy bear blankets for this auction – both are exactly the same. The idea, she says, is that the child never has to do without his/her blankie when it’s being washed. “One’s with the child, the other’s in the wash,” she says. Brilliant! The bears are called “Lovey”, and they’re 18 inch heirloom security blankets, hand-crocheted, with child-safe eyes and nose. Machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. How awesome is that?
