CHRISTMAS WREATH. Big thanks to Donna Hill for making and donating this truly beautiful Christmas wreath. It’s covered with faux poinsettias and sparkles and ribbons, and it would look really luxe on anyone’s front door this holiday season. Thanks also to Donna for collecting a whole carload of items for the shelter, and for selling raffle tickets at local stores, not once, but twice! She came into the shelter yesterday and said how all this giving made her feel warm and fuzzy - but honestly, it’s us who have the warm and fuzzies thanks to volunteers like her. We always say the Lakeland Humane Society has the best volunteers, but it’s true. We do. Thank you, everyone. oxo
