CAT NAP COLLECTOR PLATE
CAT NAP COLLECTOR PLATE. If you love cats, you’ll love this plate - I know I do! It’s called “Cat Nap” and it features a painting by artist Persis Weirs. It’s Plate # 1521A of the Bradford Exchange, and is from the first issue of the Nosy Neighbors series. Dated 1994. Excellent condition. Not for food use. Donated anonymously.
LEANNA SCHERR'S HAND-KNITTED WRIST WARMERS
WRIST WARMERS. Stylish, fuzzy wrist warmers will keep your favourite gal’s wrists toasty warm this winter. Super cute, these acrylic, handmade fuzzies should be hand washed – which makes sense, because they’re designed to be worn so near your hands! Leanna Scherr knitted them up in festive cranberry and cream. Thanks, Leanna!
SECRET LENGTHS HAIR EXTENSIONS

And – big news – Alyza says Secret Lengths is offering NEW services in January! So, get your gift certificate now and treat yourself to something new in the new year. For more information, e-mail secretlengths@hotmail.ca, or call 780-545-4054. You can also usually catch Alyza at Bliss Lingerie in downtown Cold Lake, where she is the store manager.
JEFF BENTLEY VANCOUVER TRAIN SILVER DOLLAR
1986 VANCOUVER TRAIN SILVER DOLLAR COIN. Train coins are always favourites among collectors and this one is especially impressive. Honoring the centennial of the 1886 completion of the trans- Canada Atlantic-to-Pacific railroad, the deep-perspective proof engraving renders Canadian Pacific Engine #371 and its stream of cars with the modern Vancouver skyline and a spectacular Pacific sunset in the background. Thanks to Jeff Bentley for the donation.
